What is meditation for a facilitator?
It looks like this is the number one “tool”.
It looks to me like there is no way to become a good facilitator without this.
Vlado Ilic would always suggest us to meditate at least 1 hour per day to become successful in this life, in personal life. Sophie Hellinger would suggest to meditate at least 3 times per day, 5 minutes each session (they open up the Universal Energy channel). Marina Toledo (Hellinger Institute Toronto) also suggested the same. She promised to teach us to meditate during our next training module in August.
I watched different facilitators working and as far as I can see now – the energy in the constellation field might take you whenever: this life, generations ago to your family past, or even to your past life (this is a new thing to Family Constellations and Marina Toledo promised us a workshop dedicated to this topic only). And of course, it really depends on the facilitator if he/she is available to see where the energy is leading. Meditation is very helpful for this purpose. Also, the facilitator must remain neutral (no tension, no intention, no pity, no love, no fear – no emotional involvement), his mind must be calm. Meditation, again. To me, this does not look like something possible – reaching beyond this life and working without any information from the client if not practicing meditation. This is in general. May be someone simply has all the required talents. But in average I think that meditation is the number one tool for a facilitator.
Well, this is good to know. But this is even better to start meditating regularly.
