Regrets & Fears
All regrets are in the past, all fears are in the future.

This is my personal experience, how I see it and deal with it, I’d like to share it:
-Vital energies get blocked.
When some trauma situation occurs in a family (like death, illness or anything else) it blocks vital energies.
-Trauma is finite.
What happened, had happened. It is done. Read More
How difficult is this to make at least one step towards the mother?
To look into her eyes? This one little effort might be not as little as it seems. Everything in this life depends on this our movement towards the mother. Mother, mummy, mother dear. This is a very deep and important experience, this is a blessing and treasure to keep in the soul.
If a facilitator takes sides he cannot help.
“When a client says: “I was raped” or “I am a victim of abuse”, something happens inside us. We take sides. That is why we cannot help. If I move with the Spirit-Mind, I see the perpetrators as beings in the same level as the victims. I see them as human beings who have different entanglements, but the same right to belong. When I give all of them a place in my heart, I am becoming in tune with the Spirit Mind and receive the understanding and strength that move forward.” Bert Hellinger
(From the Level 1 Hellinger Institute Toronto, Including the Excluded)
We feel sorry for the victims, we want to help them, we unite with them, we hate the perpetrators and this attitude makes us feel right and comfortable. But this way we are actually part of a problem.
Being part of a solution requires courage, is often scary, and does not feel right. A lot of courage is required to see the perpetrators, to recognize their presence in the family, and to recognize their presence in us (?! – this is definitely “no way”, because they are “bad” and we are “good”, of course, this is obvious).

Behind every family past trauma there are vital energies. If (instead of continuously staying in this trauma) we find our way to heal this trauma, we release those energies and get extra support for our life.
The source of help is in you. This is your intention that makes positive shifts possible. If you are in love with your problem and prefer to stay with it then nobody can help you. What really matters is your intention. The best facilitator is helpless if you don’t want to work on your problem. I’ve seen Bert Hellinger refusing to work and saying “Does this client want to work? No.” And that is it. No work.
This is the paradox of facilitating: you help without wishing to help. If looking deeper this is all completely OK because this is client’s intention that initiates the whole help. And facilitator has nothing to do with this, he is not involved. He just joins the movement that happens after.
“The facilitator needs to do his/her own work and go through spiritual purification to be able to receive information from the field.” (From the Level 1 by Hellinger Institute Toronto).
This includes not only constellation sessions to work on your own issues but this also includes meditation.
When facilitator’s own unresolved issues meet similar issues in clients it results in facilitator’s emotional involvement. From this point constellation work cannot be continued.
Meditation helps with calming the mind and with increasing facilitator’s ability to receive information from the field.
Practicing spiritual methods – is it dangerous? If something is dangerous – what is it really?
We had an interesting discussion about danger of practicing different spiritual methods. Very often people are warned about different things to be dangerous to practice. But I don’t usually hear anything like this about the family constellation method. I had this question in my mind a few years ago though. And I asked Vlado Ilic about it. That was just a part of the whole question. I asked, if this is dangerous to be a representative. And he told me, no. Because every time you represent anything or anybody, he told me, you work on your own issues at the same time. Especially if you resonate with someone’s issue, this means you have a similar issue in you. And you simply work through it. In other words, you remove some energy blocks from your body. Read More
It looks like this is the number one “tool”.
It looks to me like there is no way to become a good facilitator without this.
Vlado Ilic would always suggest us to meditate at least 1 hour per day to become successful in this life, in personal life. Sophie Hellinger would suggest to meditate at least 3 times per day, 5 minutes each session (they open up the Universal Energy channel). Marina Toledo (Hellinger Institute Toronto) also suggested the same. She promised to teach us to meditate during our next training module in August. Read More
